Yes! Our integrated pharmacy stocks thousands of authentic Ayurvedic, Homeopathic, and allopathic medicines from AYUSH-certified brands. Simply upload your prescription or order directly from your e-consultation, and we'll deliver to your doorstep within 1–3 business days.

You can cancel or reschedule any appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charge — just head to "My Appointments" in your dashboard. Cancellations made within 2 hours may incur a small convenience fee, and full refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

After booking a lab test, select the "Home Collection" option and choose a convenient time slot. Our certified phlebotomist arrives at your doorstep with all sterile equipment, collects the sample in under 10 minutes, and ensures safe transport to our partner lab. No extra charges for home collection in most cities.
